Earlier (2019): In Denmark, Even Left-Wing Parties Are Becoming Anti-Immigration

The valuable Remix website, which focuses on European news, has posted has posted 10 ways Denmark’s left-wing government reduced asylum applications by 82% and dramatically cut immigration, by John Cody, February 1, 2023.

For Immigration Patriots, there is a great deal of food for thought in this essay:

The Danish left-wing government…continues to be unique in all of Europe, featuring the only ruling left-wing bloc seriously opposed to mass immigration.

The numbers speak for themselves, with an 82 percent drop in asylum applications recorded and overall immigration falling 28 percent.

While the Remix article is focused on how this has been achieved, the more important question is: Why has this happened?

A great deal of credit is due to the much-reviled Danish People’s Party, which established immigration as an election issue more than 20 years ago. Steve Sailer marked their zenith in 2015: "Anti-Immigrant Party Gains in Denmark Elections" saying of their platform proposals

Those sound like normal issues for the normal voters of a normal country to democratically debate, but in the U.S. such discussion is considered scandalous.

Not only did the main leftist party, the Social Democrats, promptly steal their policies, but when coming to power in 2019 they actually implemented them!

Why did this happen?

While immigration damage in Denmark had only gone so far, the Social Democrats, like all other Danes, must be very aware of the appalling disaster in Sweden. Malmo, ground zero of the Swedish catastrophe, is less than 45 minutes’ drive from the Danish capital of Copenhagen. Remix reported on January 5th this year Sweden: Majority of Malmö children are immigrants; researcher says Swedish is now a ‘minority language’ and calls for Arabic schools. 

With an established anti-immigration party already in the field, trying to ignore the issue would have been extremely risky.

Another probable reason: Denmark’s demography makes what Steve Sailer has called the “Coalition of the Fringes” strategy unviable. Denmark remains about 86% Danish and 74% aligned with the Church of Denmark. The sort of support erosion the Democrats have accepted amongst white Protestants in America in recent decades would be fatal.

In addition, the Danish left remains close to its Workerist roots, in total contrast to the U.S. Democrats. The present Prime Minister and apparent engineer of the Social Democrat’s immigration policy, Mette Frederiksen, S.D. leader since June 2015, initially worked for The Danish Confederation of Trade Unions.

Probably to fend off more orthodox leftists, the Frederiksen government has made a contribution of immediate help to American Immigration Patriots: honest statistics on the impact of immigration. Remix’s Cody points out:

While countries like Germany are racing to hide migrant crime, Denmark has the most transparent data on the topic of nearly any country in the Western world. It not only tracks migrant crime but also breaks down this data between European and non-European offenders. [Link in original]

These facts, which no doubt substantially apply to America’s influx, are absolutely chilling:

According to the data…non-European migrants commit vastly more crimes than European migrants and Danish citizens…

Not only are non-European migrants vastly overrepresented in the crime data, but for certain serious offenses like murder, assault, and rape, the overrepresentation is astounding.

For example, for murder, non-European first-generation migrants are 279 percent more likely to commit murder, 464 percent more likely to commit rape, 220 percent more likely to commit assault, and 53 percent more likely to commit drug trafficking.

Even worse, and probably even more applicable to America because of the influence of her large native-born criminally disposed black population, is

Denmark goes even further and analyzes second-generation non-European migrants as well, and that is where even more troubling statistics are revealed…

“From the second generation, the descendants of non-European immigrants peak at +98% overrepresentation in the crimes committed. Danish figures show that the second generation of non-European immigrants is less integrated than the first, and has an 18% higher chance than their parents of being tried for a crime,” writes RAGE magazine.

(Some might argue that Hispanics making up so much larger a share of the U.S. immivasion, these facts might not apply. Such a person would be ignoring Ann Coulter’s definitive discussion of Hispanic crime in Adios America. The most significant difference would probably be more child rape, which seems to be a Hispanic specialty.)

An aspect Remix only briefly mentions, which will not have escaped the notice of the provident Danes, was highlighted by Steve Sailer: THE ECONOMIST: Muslims In Denmark Are A Life-Long Burden On The Budget.

Importing economic incompetents of any religion into a munificent welfare state is disastrous. Remix does observe:

Denmark has recognized it cannot defend its generous social model with an Open Borders policy, as the world’s poor will swamp the country and, in turn, ruin what Danes have built up over centuries.

Can America hope to ever have a major political leader willing to say the type of things Prime Minister Frederickson has? For example in 2020:

Every fifth young man with a non-Western background born in 1997 had broken the law before turning 21…

It has been going on for too many years. Girls who are called derogatory names because they are Danish. Or girls who are subjected to social control because they have become too Danish. A sausage cart in Brønshøj that is attacked with firecrackers because it sells pork…

In my opinion, not before the Cheap Labor Lobby and other Big Donors are named, dragged out of hiding, and shamed.
