I saw this on an insurance form today. It’s a list of “Designated Cities” where you’ll pay a premium on your terrorism insurance under the “Terrorism Risk Insurance Act” which Congress passed after 9/11, and which keeps being reauthorized.
It represents a public policy fail. 14 years after 9/11 the problem is worse—bigger and growing rapidly. If your city is on the list you’re paying extra for terrorism, you probably have a lot of recent immigrants, and massive municipal and state debt too.
