Hello, my name is Dennis Braun. I am from Norwood Young America Minnesota and I have a favor to ask of you.  I have been assigned in my senior English class to choose a current controversial topic and take a side on it. I chose to say we should reduce the number of immigrants allowed in the country to promote improved national security in light of the tragic events in on September 11th. We must interview a person that is familiar with our subject. Could you please take sometime and answer a few questions?

1.)What are your thoughts on solutions to improve national security?

2.)Do you believe that reducing the number of immigrants allowed across the border would be a viable option?

3.)Do you believe that this would keep future terrorists out? Why do you think this?

4.)Do you believe this would make it easier for the current immigration enforcement agencies to find current illegal aliens living amongst us? Perhaps also to check the status of current legal immigrants to see if they have any questionable background? Why do you think this?

5.)Would this buy time for our current immigration system to improve itself? Why do you think this?

5.)What is your reaction to the statistic that 13 of the 19 hijackers were legal immigrants?

6.)Are there any ways you believe we could track future immigrants? Why do you think this?
