PARIS — A truck plowed into a large crowd watching the annual Bastille Day fireworks on the promenade in Nice, France, on Thursday night, and witnesses reported hearing gunshots.
Christian Estrosi, the deputy mayor of Nice, said that more than 70 people had been killed. “The truck was full of weapons and grenades,” Mr. Estrosi said on French television. It was not clear what motivated the driver to veer into the crowd. [Archive.is link.]
In a related note, President Barack Hussein Obama said of the Dallas Black Lives Matter murderer that it was “very hard to untangle the motives of this shooter.”
Really? It's not hard for me.
Obama has said in response to the most recent attack on France that "We stand in solidarity and partnership with France, our oldest ally, as they respond to and recover from this attack."
Really? This is a man who can't stand in solidarity and partnership with the United States of America, and who is unwilling to call Islamic terrorism "Islamic terrorism".
If France actually does something to defend itself from its Muslim population, it'll be goodbye solidarity and partnership.
