In one of the most unintentionally revealing yet amusing stories of the last decade, The Daily Caller’s Jennie Taer reported this week that the Biden Regime’s Department of Homeland Security is recruiting journalists—not retired police, military, or sheriff’s deputies—to station on the border. Which means they will be used not as border security, but as head counters who will help “process” more illegals seeking “asylum.” In other words, the journalists will be administrative help in The Great Replacement.

The “journalists” work for the U.S. Agency for Global Media, the umbrella outfit that comprises Radio Liberty, Radio Free Europe, and Voice of America.

Some of USAGM’s reporters have covered stories on the southern border, which presents a potential “conflict of interest” with the DHS program, a USAGM employee, who was not authorized to speak publicly, told the DCNF. …
“Any USAGM journalists who do volunteer, and later produce stories about the migrants at the border, will obviously have a conflict of interest,” the USAGM employee said.
A DHS factotum assured Taer that isn’t the case.

As for journalists, surely DHS could recruit journalists beyond USAGM, not least those who back the Great Replacement, like the New York Times’s Michele Goldberg or any of the journalists who claim it’s a conspiracy even as they celebrate it.

Katko is worried about national security, including the infiltration of spies into USAGM. Possible scenario: Iraqi terrorist posing as a USAGM “journalist” waves a known terror comrade into the country.
