The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of North Carolina has indicted a score or more of aliens, presumably both legal and illegal, for illegally voting. It is important to know that an alien in the United States lawfully, including a Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR), cannot vote legally in a Federal election.
Many LPRs think they can legally vote; either through ignorance or arrogance, some even think they automatically become U.S. Citizens after a certain period of time. The problem with voting by legal and illegal aliens is widespread.
And the arrogant Deferred Action For Childhood Arrivals (DACA) illegal aliens are the most arrogant and forthright about their fraud. They think they are Americans, and commonly register and vote. Sadly, it appears that only Eastern District of North Carolina and the Middle District of North Carolina are doing anything about this.

A total of 19 non-citizens in the swing state of North Carolina have been charged with voter fraud after allegedly voting in the 2016 presidential election.
This week, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina prosecutors announced voter fraud charges against 19 non-citizens, from a variety of countries, whom they allege cast votes in the 2016 election, after a years-long federal investigation.
Seven of the 19 non-citizens were charged with falsely claiming American citizenship or making false statements on voter registration applications. The seven were also charged with a misdemeanor for unlawfully casting ballots in the 2016 presidential election.

The real question is "Why hasn’t the Attorney General ordered other U.S. Attorneys to pursue these grievous crimes that strike at the heart of the political system?"
Of course the Lying Press is defending these illegal and legal aliens; repeating absurd claims that they did not know it was illegal to vote and nobody told them it was illegal. And solicitous kritarchs gave slaps on the wrists in previous cases.
In August 2018, Higdon announced the fruits of his labors: 19 foreign nationals were charged with voting illegally in the 2016 presidential election, and one U.S. citizen was charged with helping a non-citizen register to vote under false pretenses. The press release spoke of severe penalties—years-long imprisonment, lofty fines in the tens of thousands.
As those cases have gone to trial over the past year, a different picture has emerged. 72-year-old Dieudonne Sofils, a Haitian immigrant and legal permanent resident of the U.S. since 1976, pleaded guilty to voting and was sentenced to 12 months’ probation and a $25 fine. Korean native Hyo Suk George presented her green card while attempting to vote, not realizing it was against the law. A judge aghast that a poll worker failed to intervene fined George only $100.
Denslo Allen Paige, 66, was sentenced to two months in prison and a $250 fine for helping her Mexican citizen boyfriend register to vote. At her hearing, Paige, a Walmart employee and volunteer seasonal poll worker, said she’d never been trained on whether legal permanent residents could vote, as HuffPost reported.

The next question is has ICE SVU taken action and placed these aliens in removal proceedings? Besides being illegal, it is a deportable offense for an alien to vote under Title 8 United States Code Section 1227(a)(6)(A), Unlawful Voters.
This is the Deep State actively resisting a Presidential policy imperative. It also reflects, as yet again, on President Trump and the people he appoints. Why out of all the U.S. Attorneys in the United States, have only two brought charges against illegal voting by aliens? Personnel is policy. Good personnel, like U.S. Attorneys Martin and Bobby Higdon, produce good policy results. And good political results. Bad personnel produce only backstabbers and failed policy. President Trump should ruminate on that.
