The vast majority of illegal aliens apprehended at the border and released cannot claim asylum, Andrew Arthur of the Center For Immigration Studies has reported for the New York Post. The data raise the question, then, of why Traitor Joe Biden and Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas aver that those illegals must be permitted to claim it and get their day in court. Answer: They know that once the illegals are released with a date to reappear, they’ll disappear, never to be found again. Or deported.

Wrote Arthur of those mandated hearings:
[B]etween FY 2008 and late FY 2019 — when DHS vigorously used expedited removal — 83% of migrants stopped at the border who claimed a fear of harm were cleared to make asylum claims in court. Fewer than 17% of them received asylum. By contrast, more than 45% never applied for asylum, and 32.5% were ordered removed in absentia when they failed to appear in court. …
DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas admits the administration’s objective isn’t reducing illegal entries but instead providing “safe, orderly, and legal pathways for individuals to be able to access our legal system” — that is, to apply for asylum.

The data on asylum claims have been clear for years: At least 90 percent or more are bogus, one reason POTUS 45 Trump created the Migrant Protection Protocols, or Remain in Mexico policy. A recent study found that 99 percent are bogus.
That explains why Biden and Mayorkas have released more than 1 million since January 2021. They know most claims are fakes. They know illegals disappear and don’t show for hearings. They know that even if future immigration officials find the illegals, no president will have the courage to deport them, particularly if they’ve had anchor babies.
“Asylum” is an excuse to release illegals, permit them to vanish, and keep them in the country...to terrify, demoralize, dispossess and replace the Historic American Nation.
