It appears that the “migrants” who jump the border “to flee violence and persecution” are violent themselves. For at least the second time in 10 days, a “migrant”—Great Replacement code for illegal alien—tried to seize a weapon from a law enforcement officer. In the latest case yesterday, the illegal fought to wrest a gun from a border agent. Bad move. The illegal is dead.

The FBI is investigating, Fox News reported:
The person, who was being detained at the station at the time of the shooting, was transported to a local hospital, where he died from his injuries. Brandon Judd, a spokesperson for the National Border Patrol Council, told Fox News Digital that the migrant “went for an agent's gun" right before the shooting and the agents used “appropriate force at that point.”
“At approximately 13:00 hours, the FBI El Paso Field Office was contacted by the Ysleta U.S. Border Patrol Station regarding an agent involved shooting involving a person detained at the Station,” said Jeffrey R. Downey, FBI El Paso Special Agent in Charge. “FBI El Paso’s Violent Crime Task Force and Evidence Response Team were deployed to the Station. One person was taken into custody and was transported to a local hospital for medical treatment. At this time, the FBI can confirm the person has died from his injuries.”

Let’s hope the FBI doesn’t try to railroad the border agent the way Traitor Joe Biden and his Homeland Security Secretary, Cuban-Jewish unindicted visa fraudster Alejandro Mayorkas, tried to railroad agents in the “Whipgate” Hoax. Then again, given the Biden Regime’s Great Replacement agenda, it will no surprise no one if the agents is charged with manslaughter or worse to send a message to illegals everywhere. That message? Anyone who tries to stop “migrants,” including violent “migrant” criminals, from entering the country will be dealt with... severely.
