VDARE.com Editor Peter Brimelow was on the Stew Peters Show talking about our lawsuit against the City of Colorado Springs, which as Peter wrote, above, stems from " RINO Mayor John Suthers’ reckless 2017 proclamation that he would not extend city services, aka police protection, to VDARE.com’s proposed conference at the Cheyenne Mountain Lodge, which not surprisingly cancelled shortly afterwards."

There is, as Peter pointed out, "overwhelming federal case law establishing the principle that local governments must defend the First Amendment rights of even unpopular groups."

As Stew Peters writes, the case has major First Amendment issues:

For years, VDare has been the target for the censorship tactics that big tech, big media, and big government later plan to use on others. Facebook banned them in 2020 after bogus allegations of “inauthentic behavior,” basically accusing the website of being Russian operatives. They’ve been banned from YouTube as well. The payment processor Stripe cut them off last year, the latest in a whole string of service providers who have tried to strangle the company.

But right now, VDare’s most important fight isn’t against private censorship, but direct censorship by the government
