Yes, the Department of Homeland Security is labeling anti-vaxxers/those who oppose COVID shutdowns, those who believe in election integrity/auditing of elections is a worthwhile gesture, and apparently those would remember 9/11 by waving American flags as ‘potential terror threats.’(They could be referring to Muslims planning an anniversary attack, but even if that's true, they won't say Muslims.)
