The incident took place at about 7:25 p.m. at the Delta N.E.Y.O. Hood-nic Foundation car show.
My vague impression is that blacks in the South have gotten shootier in recent years. It used to be common to blame black dysfunction on northern liberalism, but lately that seems less plausible.
