Well, one out of three ain’t bad, but by not using all my advice, a million illegal aliens got in the United States. Not so good for America.
However, things are looking up. Based Bill Barr has been apparently reading VDARE.com and my blog. The Department of Justice (DOJ) is going on the offensive against Sanctuary Cities.
Included in this is my long advised solution to this criminal activity, prosecuting Sanctuary Cities for aiding illegal aliens, prohibited by Title 8 United States Code Section 1324, Bringing In And Harboring Certain Aliens.
Attorney General William Barr announced Monday that there will be a “significant escalation” from the government against “sanctuary” cities, counties and states, including lawsuits against localities opposed to the Trump administration’s hard-line immigration policies.
The administration is attempting to crack down on local and state governments that have pledged to protect undocumented immigrants from deportation. Barr announced lawsuits against the state of New Jersey and King County, Wash., which includes Seattle.

Besides the lawsuits, it looks like meat is back on the menu. Sanctuary Cities will be prosecuted for aiding illegal aliens under 8 USC 1324.
Barr, speaking at the National Sheriffs’ Association 2020 Winter Legislative and Technology Conference, said the department is “reviewing the practices, policies and laws of other jurisdictions across the country” to see if they follow laws banning the “harboring or shielding” of undocumented immigrants, Axios reported.
Barr will also be using Civil Rights laws against local prosecutors who give sweetheart deals to illegal and other aliens that are not offered to Americans.
He added the department will be “meticulously reviewing” the actions of district attorneys who he said have been “charging foreign nationals with lesser offenses for the express purpose of avoiding the federal immigration consequences,” according to media reports.
I had been meaning to write on this issue, but never got around to it. Great minds think alike. Hopefully Based Bill will also be prosecuting Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf, who warned Oakland illegals of planned ICE raid, as well. He should know that the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of California and the Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General sabotaged a case against Schaaf.
