Sunday’s astonishing news that Joe Biden may be lagging Donald Trump in 2024 election by as much as ten percentage points [Post-ABC poll: Biden faces criticism on economy, immigration and age, Washington Post, September 24, 2023] (when has Trump ever been ahead in polls?) is provoking understandable panic and denial in the Leftist media [Poll showing Trump up 10 points over Biden for 2024 election criticized, by Maya Yang, Guardian, September 24, 2023]. But is it a surprise? More illegal aliens than ever before are crossing over. The Border Patrol doesn’t have enough detention space and immediately releases them. “Sanctuary Cities” can no longer handle the new arrivals and beg Biden to do something. And he has: in little-reported September 21 remarks to the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute Annual Gala, he said in effect that rape is inevitable and America should lie back and enjoy it.

Specifically, he plans to issue work permits to nearly 500,000 Venezuelan illegals—a de facto Amnesty that will encourage more to come. But it’s in keeping with Biden’s general response to the crisis. The president always figures out new ways to legalize illegals. This is why he must be impeached.
Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, a Cuban-Jewish immigrant and unindicted visa fraudster, announced Temporary Protected Status to 470,000 Venezuelan “asylum seekers” for 18 months “based on Venezuela’s increased instability and lack of safety due to the enduring humanitarian, security, political, and environmental conditions” [Secretary Mayorkas Announces Extension and Redesignation of Venezuela for Temporary Protected Status, DHS.gov, September 20, 2023]. They also get work permits. Technically, because the illegals are applying for asylum, it’s not an Amnesty. But that’s a distinction without a difference. Illegals file bogus asylum claims to get their foot in the door, and the Regime is only too happy to oblige.
The Regime will also expedite work-permit applications for Venezuelan illegals who entered the county via U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s One Mobile app or through the parole program [Biden Administration to Offer Work Permits to Roughly 470,000 Venezuelan Migrants, by Michelle Hackman, Wall Street Journal, September 20, 2023].
The president’s underlings didn’t come up with this idea on their own. Blue City mayors like Eric Adams have been begging for the work permits. The mayors think the permits will free space in their shelters and save the city money. But of course it will also depress the local labor market and still keep tens of thousands of illegals in their cities, which will continue draining their budgets, if only to jail the “migrant” criminals and educate their kids.
Of course, the Regime claims the program is limited to certain Venezuelans. “It is critical that Venezuelans understand that those who have arrived here after July 31, 2023 aren’t eligible for such protection, and instead will be removed when they are found to not have a legal basis to stay,” Mayorkas explained.
But we have no reason to believe him. Just a day after the Venezuelan announcement, the Regime expanded TPS for Afghans. More than 3,000 already enjoy TPS, but the new move allows for nearly 15,000 more from the Central Asian country to stay legally. Mayorkas celebrated his “continuing to offer safety and protection to Afghan nationals who are unable to return to their country” [Secretary Mayorkas Announces Extension and Redesignation of Afghanistan for Temporary Protected Status, Homeland Security, September 21, 2023].
The regime’s previous record should persuade observers that this won’t be limited to Venezuelans. Last fall, Biden’s infamous parole was limited to Venezuelans. At year’s end, he expanded it to include 30,000 Cubans, Haitians, and Nicaraguans. Illegals from those countries who did not come via parole were supposed to be quickly deported. But, judging by all the Venezuelans eligible for TPS, it appears the regime barely deported any. And he won’t deport the others, either.
Most likely, Biden will extend this latest legalization to Cubans, Haitians, and Nicaraguans, his standard pattern. All of Biden’s initiatives to rush the Great Replacement have involved offering legal pathways for would-be illegals.
Consider the CBP One Mobile app, which allows illegals to apply for asylum without crossing the border. Once they apply, they can enter through the normal ports of entry, which hides the true nature of the invasion by legalizing illegals before they get here. They aren’t counted as border encounters. Nearly 1,500 migrants apply per day and are allowed in.
Biden is also expanding opportunities for other Latin American invaders. Over the summer, the regime offered tens of thousands of would-be illegals from Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, and Colombia a legal path to the U.S. For a “family reunification parole,” they merely need a relative here to sponsor them. They don’t have to cross the border, they can just apply through this new program and stake their claim in the U.S.
And for some Democrats, even those moves to keep the invasion going aren’t enough. Last week on MSNBC, Illinois Rep. Mike Quigley [NumbersUSA Rating: F] argued that Biden should give Temporary Protected Status to all illegals in the country—a total Amnesty. If that happened, deporting any of them would be virtually impossible, and it’s almost impossible now as it is [Dem Rep. Quigley: Need Work Permits, TPS for ‘All’ Migrants, Diplomacy to End Crises in Africa, Afghanistan to Stem Tide, by Ian Hanchett, Breitbart, September 21, 2023].
For his part, Biden just wants the invasion off the front pages. He does understand that the issue kills him and his party in the polls. Two-thirds of 2,335 Americans surveyed disapprove of Biden’s handling of immigration, according to the latest CBS poll [CBS News Poll—September 5-8, 2023—Adults in the U.S.].
But Democrats will never change course. They want the invasion to continue. And Biden will insist on it even if it consumes the budgets of New York and other cities.
Biden, his party, and the Treason Lobby don’t care if the invasion hurts them politically in the short-term. They believe the long-term goal of dispossessing and replacing the Historic American Nation outweighs short-term political damage. They think the gamble will pay off. The invasion helps Democrat goals of cementing permanent political power and creating a new, more diverse America in which whites are a minority.
The good news is, Republican attorneys general have already sued to stop the president’s parole program. Its chances look pretty good. Republicans should also sue to stop Biden’s TPS Amnesties as well.
Another option: Congressional Republicans to make it part of their battle over the budget. At least some Republicans are eager to shut down the government to make a statement about the border. Any negotiation with the Democrats must demand more border security and an end to Biden’s legal pathways for would-be illegals [Key McCarthy ally willing to shut down government over border, by Emily Brooks, The Hill, September 22, 2023].
The third option: Republicans must impeach Biden over his border treason.
House Republicans recently opened an impeachment inquiry over his family’s crooked business dealings. But the problem with Biden is not his son, bad as he is. It’s what Traitor Joe is doing to the country. Biden won’t stop with expanded Temporary Protected Status and parole. The only way he can be stopped is through impeachment.
The GOP/GAP can and must reverse this assault on the Historic American Nation.
It just takes guts to do what’s right.
