20 years earlier (2004) National Data | Will War Bring 2.5 million Iraqi ”Refugees”? (The answer was no, but of the tens of thousands who did come, many were terrorists, criminals or on welfare (or both)—and they’re still coming.)

When will we ever learn?

Palestinians coming to America? Yes, that’s what a group of Democrats in Congress are already clamoring for.

This is exactly the scenario I laid out in my 2017 book, Stealth Invasion: The U.S. gets involved in the affairs of another country, funding one or both sides of a war, and then when everything is destroyed and the refugees start to flow out of those areas, we are the first to volunteer to take them in. It usually starts with a trickle, a few thousand in the first batch, then it continues on and on and on until we have 50,000 to 100,000 or more refugees from a given country living in enclaves.

This is how we ended up with tens of thousands of refugees living in America from jihadist-harboring countries that hate us, places like Somalia, Sudan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Uzbekistan, Bosnia, Syria, and the list goes on.

Now, some are suggesting we should take in jihadist-breeding, Jew-hating refugees from Gaza. Right now they are Israel’s problem, but there are plenty of left-leaning Democrats and RINO Republicans who would like to make them our problem.

Whether it’s to assuage our guilt or simply because we have greedy, traitorous politicians in high elected office, the end result is always the same when we get involved in other countries’ business. We end up with large communities of invasive cultures planted in cities and towns across the U.S. That’s how we ended up with thousands of Bosnian Muslims in Chicago and St. Louis; Kurdish Muslims in Nashville; Somali Muslims in the Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington region as well as in Columbus, Ohio; Portland and Lewiston, Maine; Atlanta and Seattle. There are Yemeni, Syrian and Bangladeshi Muslims in Dearborn and Hamtramck, Michigan, and spreading out from there into Warren, Sterling Heights and Rochester, Michigan.

After a decade or two of refugees pouring in from the Middle East, some of these communities, like Hamtramck and the Cedar Riverside area of Minneapolis, no longer resemble American communities. Native residents of these communities now have to endure the Islamic call to prayer blasted over loudspeakers several times a day. The signage on all the businesses is in Arabic. Young Muslim women in many of these areas are subjected to the cultural demands of their homeland, such as Islamic head coverings, honor violence, and a gruesome procedure known as “female circumcision.”

These communities never really assimilate into American culture or society while reaping the benefits of said society. That’s how we end up with a radical communist like Ilhan Omar as a member of Congress. Omar, who came here as a child refugee, hates America with every fiber of her being, even as she’s been empowered by the very nation she hates, far beyond any level she could have achieved in her native Somalia, which is a male-dominated society.

Lest any of you think I’m being racist, I’m not. My concerns have nothing to do with race. Christians who have migrated from many of these same countries typically assimilate much better into Western nations. They are of the same race. All that’s different is their religion.

Here’s another misconception. These Islamic refugees did not come to America as “illegals” across the porous southern border. The vast majority came here legally under the Refugee Act of 1980 with the full support of the U.S. Congress and every administration since Jimmy Carter. They were resettled here and given an immediate green card while being placed on a fast-track to citizenship. After decades of migration, they gradually came to dominate the politics of whole cities like Minneapolis and Hamtramck. Thousands of America-hating Muslims have been elected to public office in cities across America where the refugee resettlements have reached a critical mass. Hamtramck, for example, became the first U.S. city, about seven years ago, to have a Muslim-majority city council.

But lessons have not been learned. There is already talk of the U.S. needing to “welcome” the Palestinians into America as refugees.

The excerpt below is from an October 14 article in the New York Post [Progressives call for US to take in some of the expected 1 million Gaza refugees]. (Notes in bold are mine.)

Experts predict a million refugees might flee the Gaza Strip amid the war between Israel and Hamas, and socialists and far-left lawmakers said America should welcome them.

“Fifty percent of the population in Gaza are children. The international community as well as the United States should be prepared to welcome refugees from Palestine while being very careful to vet and not allow members of Hamas,” said Rep. Jamaal Bowman, a New York member of the Socialist-Democratic “Squad” who remains under investigation for pulling a fire alarm in the House Cannon Office Building earlier this month.

But Republicans have already slammed the door shut on the issue.

Sens. Ted Cruz (R-Texas), Tom Cotton (R-Ark.), Marco Rubio (R-Fla.) and Rick Scott (R-Fla.) said they would oppose Palestinian resettlement efforts here. (Just wait, they’ll come around, they always do, as this means more cheap labor for their donors.)

“The U.S. is the most generous nation in the world, but we are in no position to accept additional refugees, especially from a region with as high a risk of terrorism, given our nation’s inability to secure our own border or vet those who are already here,” Rubio told The Post.

Scott added that “the entire focus of the United States right now should be on rescuing American hostages, and making sure that Israel has every resource needed to defeat Iran backed-Hamas and defend its homeland.”

Cotton said “Iran should take responsibility for any Palestinian refugees caused by its proxy . . . war with Israel. Iran is responsible for the death and destruction — it should be responsible for refugees as well.”

The White House repeatedly refused to say whether it would be open to accepting refugees from the conflict.

“We continue to provide support to Palestinian refugees through the UN,” a spokesman said. “The United States also has a worldwide refugee resettlement program in partnership with The UN Refugee Agency.”

Mariana Dahan, founder of the World Identity Network Foundation, estimated the “conflict . . . may add over 1 million people to the already staggering number of 6 million Palestinian refugees in the world.”
