The NY Post ran an “Experts Say” story featuring Andrew Napolitano:

“The decision today is a final decision that fraud is proven. The judge made this decision on the basis of Trump’s own documents. The evidence is Trump’s own documentation,” Andrew P. Napolitano, a former New Jersey Superior Court judge, told The Post.

Napolitano is a Never Trumper on the Fox payroll who constantly disparages Trump and other anti-immigration Republicans. It was quite a leap in pay and prestige from unknown, lowest tier N.J. state court judge to Fox News legal ”expert.” 

1. Employees and expert consultants came up with the numbers submitted by the Trump Organization, which are irrelevant anyway because:

2. Every lender does its own appraisals and does not rely on values claimed by borrowers.

3. All payments have been made. There have been no damages.

4. Before Trump, I never heard of anyone being charged with undervaluing property when seeking a loan when all payments were made.

5. It’s similar to the Charlottesville torch charges. They’re reading every line of code in every jurisdiction looking for language that can be interpreted by controlled courts for use against dissidents.

The NY Post buried Donald Trump Jr.’s response in fine print at the very bottom of a long website:

“If my father tried claiming the property was worth $18 million, he would probably then get charged with trying to underpay his real estate taxes!” Donald Trump Jr. wrote in another tweet. “They’ve set the game up so it’s always lose/lose in these blue states. If you don’t abide by their narrative they will target you.”
