From the Anti-Defamation League’s “Murder and Extremism in the U.S., 2021” report:
Albuquerque, New Mexico, May 12, 2021: In an unusual incident, four alleged members of the New Mexico Aryan Brotherhood were involved in a shootout among themselves inside a vehicle. Three of the people involved, Michael Edward Sanchez, Brandon Torres and James Fisher, died of gunshot wounds. The lone survivor, Richard Kuykendall, has been arrested, though so far only on a weapons charge.
I dunno for sure, but it kinda sounds like the New Mexico Aryan Brotherhood Crisis is taking care of itself.
Also, are there so few white Aryan Brothers in New Mexico that half of them have Spanish surnames? Reminds me of the California white supremacist / Hispanic prison gang named, inclusively, the Nazi Low Riders.
This Real Clear Investigations article makes an old but good point: the ADL tends to count all crimes committed by white cons who’d been in a white prison gang as white extremism, even when they are just shooting their white cousin or whatever, while ignoring almost all the many crimes committed by guys who have been in black and Latino prison gangs:
