For Obama, hoppy days are here again
President Obama has been talking about beer on the campaign trail — a lot. And it’s no accident that he’s pushing the everyman’s drink to the independent crowd whose vote he needs.
"What's that thing you are supposed to say about beer? Oh, yeah: 'It's a naive domestic pilsener without any breeding, but I think you'll be amused by its presumption.' That will surely sway the upper working class downwardly mobile demographic I need."
