Leaked Border Patrol Memo Shows Biden Proclamation Is All Show, No Substance

The administration is plainly concerned about an attack on the homeland, but not enough to enforce the law

To decipher Bill Melugin’s tweet, quoted by CIS, above, ER stands for Expedited Removal, VR is a Voluntary Return (usually reserved for only Mexicans who are sent back to Mexico immediately), NTA/OR is Notice to Appear and Own Recognizance. If the alien is NTA/OR-ed, it means they are walked out the door with phony baloney paperwork for a court date years from now. According to the memo, 100 plus countries will have their citizens granted NTA/ORs (Notice to disAppear). They want to refer countries previously affiliated to the old USSR, it looks like. Obviously, Russian collusion is still the top priority.
