As they promised, Traitor Joe Biden and his Treason Lobby lawyers have sued Texas to stop it from enforcing its recently passed SB 4, which criminalizes illegally crossing the southwest border in the Lone Star State. It even permits Texas to deport illegal aliens. Outcome regardless, Governor Greg Abbott must enforce the law and dare Biden to stop him to provoke the secession crisis the nation needs to survive.

The 22-page lawsuit argues that Texas does not have the authority to criminalize illegally entering the United States and does not have the authority to deport illegals:

• Texas cannot run its own immigration system. Its efforts, through SB 4, intrude on the federal government’s exclusive authority to regulate the entry and removal of noncitizens, frustrate the United States’ immigration operations and proceedings, and interfere with U.S. foreign relations. SB 4 is invalid and must be enjoined. …
  
• Through the Supremacy Clause [of the federal Constitution], state laws may be preempted in various ways.
  
  
• Under the doctrine of field preemption, “the States are precluded from regulating conduct in a field that Congress, acting within its proper authority, has determined must be regulated by its exclusive governance.”

• State laws are also “preempted when they conflict with federal law.” …

• The Constitution tasks the federal government with regulating immigration, foreign affairs, and foreign commerce. The Constitution affords the federal government the power to “establish an uniform Rule of Naturalization.” ...
  
  
• [T]he Supreme Court has confirmed “that the removal process” must be “entrusted to the discretion of the Federal Government,” in part because a “decision on removability . . . touch[es] on foreign relations and must be made with one voice.”

In other words, only the federal government decides who entered the country illegally and who can be deported.

But Texas passed the law precisely because the federal government is not “regulating immigration” and is not deporting illegals and thereby breaking the law. Biden is aiding and abetting an invasion of his own country, breaking yet another law  that prohibits bringing in and harboring illegals.

But here’s the full import of the lawsuit: Biden has confessed that he has opened the borders and will do anything to keep them open. 

Abbott and Attorney General Ken Paxton must fight. But if they lose, they must enforce the law anyway. Refusing to recognize a court’s authority to join Biden’s border treason is needed to begin internal secession and curtail the federal government’s powers, not only immigration but also other matters.

As well, they must also support the Texas Independence Referendum Act, which would send a clear message to Biden, the Democrat Party, and Treason Lobby: We won’t stand idly by as you dispossess and replace us.

Make no mistake, the Biden Administration engineered the illegal border invasion.
