DNC Chair Wasserman Schultz: Go Away, White Americans!
Well…not really. The headline is actually the inverse of the remarks by Democratic National Committee “Chairwoman” Debbie Wasserman Schultz on Friday’s Real Time show:
Debbie Wasserman Schultz, DNC Chairwoman: "Just look at the chamber at the State of the Union. Look at the side of the chamber that the Democrats sit on and the side of the chamber that Republicans sit on. And you can notice a dramatic difference in who chooses to affiliate as Democrats and who chooses to affiliate as Republicans...
...the Democratic Party is…the natural home, politically on major issues to Hispanics, to women, to Jews, to Asian-Americans, the diverse spectrum — to African Americans."

But just imagine if the Republican Chairman had said this! Half last night’s GOP debate would have been occupied by the candidates scrambling to disassociate themselves, and he would probably already have resigned.
Of course, Wasserman Schultz was quite correct (it tasteless) in what she said, just as she was last year in equating more Hispanic immigration with Democratic victories. As Peter Brimelow has said, the GOP has become the GAP – the Generic American Party. In the short run, this is going to cost the Democrats far more than they presently realize, as I noted in Democrat Asks: "Where Did Our White Voters Go?"
To the Wasserman Schultzes of the world, politics is a zero sum battle for ethnic advantage, fueled by hatred and jealousy of the historic American nation – a pattern accurately depicted by Kevin MacDonald.
The Republican Establishment still think it is an amiable game of golf at the Country club.
