Russians have not been celebrating the increased Muslim diversity in their nation. Jihadist terror has struck hard there, notably in the Beslan school massacre of 186 schoolchildren and the Moscow theater hostage crisis, both attacks committed by hostile Chechen Muslims.

The city of Moscow has one to two million Muslim residents who block streets by the thousands on their Allah holidays and they intimidate daily to force Islam on Russians. The breakup of the Soviet Union has accelerated the influx and the accumulation over the years has been brutal.

The RT.com video below begins with the announcer describing the reason locals are angry over a recent murder, “An uncontrolled flow of illegal migrants has turned the neighborhood into a crime center.” It’s remarkable there are not more riots over nation-changing immigration invasions.

The written report from RT similarly notes unhappiness with diversity-fueled crime.

Moscow police said they detained some 300 peopleduring the mass rioting in a southern district of the city. A mixed crowd of nationalists and locals attacked a warehouse run by natives of the Caucasus, blaming a migrant for the fatal stabbing of a local. [. . .]

The violent scenes came after a similar rampage took place at a nearby shopping center, where the rioters had originally gathered. The outraged crowd demanded that the police find the killer, allegedly a man from the Caucasus or Central Asia, and clamp down on illegal migration in the area.

The locals also lashed at the the authorities, accusing them of covering the wave of migrant crime. [. . .]

Even the Associated Press report mentioned the Muslim angle, although with no context.

The stabbing death of an ethnic Russian man has ignited anger in Moscow against people from the Caucasus, with demonstrators breaking into a shopping center and storming a vegetable warehouse Sunday evening. Police detained hundreds of people.

The man was believed to have been killed by a native of the North Caucasus, a region in southern Russia where the people are predominantly Muslim. Caucasus natives work in the shopping center and at many vegetable markets around the Russian capital. [. . .]
