In New Hampshire, Scott Brown (former Republican Senator from Massachusetts, and 2014 GOP nominee for Senator from New Hampshire) was asked if he favored Trump's moratorium on Muslim immigration, and he said no, he favored a moratorium on all immigration.
PORTSMOUTH, N.H. —Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump arrived despite heavy snow in Portsmouth on Saturday morning in time to speak at an event hosted by former Massachusetts Sen. Scott Brown....
Like Trump, Brown has occupied unique Republican territory, drawing both Tea Party and mainstream support.
After the event, he offered a fresh take on one of Trump's more controversial proposals.
Brown was asked about his support on a proposed ban on Muslims entering the country.
"No, of course not, but I do support something I think is a little bit more interesting in that we have a broken immigration system ... that's no surprise, right? There's nothing wrong with putting a hold on all immigration," Brown said.

I have to tell you this isn't totally a fresh take—we've been saying it on VDARE.com since 2000, and Peter Brimelow said in in Alien Nation in 1995.
