Traitor Joe Biden did what immigration patriots hoped he would do: He has sued Texas over its border barrier in the Rio Grande meant to stop the illegal-alien Great Replacement invasion. In other words, Biden wants the federal courts to join him in aiding and abetting the invasion to replace the Historic American Nation. The internal secession crisis has moved ahead.

On Friday, the Justice Department warned Governor Greg Abbott that Texas must remove the barrier because it is a “a prima facie violation of the Rivers and Harbors Act” and “a risk to navigation, as well as public safety … and it presents humanitarian concerns [DOJ sues Texas and Gov. Abbott’s answer today: The federal Constitution authorizes him to protect Texas’ border, so “Texas will see you in court, Mr. President.”

Thus did the Biden Regime file suit.

 “We allege that Texas has flouted federal law by installing a barrier in the Rio Grande without obtaining the required federal authorization,” said Associate Attorney General Vanita Gupta.  “This floating barrier poses threats to navigation and public safety and presents humanitarian concerns.  Additionally, the presence of the floating barrier has prompted diplomatic protests by Mexico and risks damaging U.S. foreign policy.”

“The Rivers and Harbors Act is clear in prohibiting the placement of any unauthorized barriers or obstructions in the Rio Grande and other navigable waters of the United States,” said Assistant Attorney General Todd Kim of the Justice Department’s Environment and Natural Resources Division. “We intend to seek the appropriate legal remedies, including the removal of such obstructions in the Rio Grande.”

Abbott has courageously opposed Biden by deploying a Tactical Border Force and stringing razor wire at the border. Then came the buoys.

This gets resolved in favor of the Historic American Nation just one way. If the federal court(s) rule against Texas, Abbott must refuse to remove the barriers. If Biden sends in law enforcement to remove them, then Abbott must resist—one hopes with help from the same states that deployed men and material to help Texas—and push for independence from the federal Leviathan.
