I sincerely think that is a serious possibility. As the Bazelon story shows, it has been done before.

Readership on this piece was very good by VDARE.com standards, but I was disappointed by the sharing rate.

This matters, because in a few days Judge Engeron will announce seizing the Trump properties. If the Left succeeds in this, no one’s property will be safe.

The Daily Beast is even gloating that Trump’s ability to appeal is going to be blocked by the intimidation of prospective financiers. This is classic Lawfare: denying access to justice through financial pressure. It is exactly what is being done to VDARE.com--except that VDARE.com hasn’t been charged with anything, let alone convicted.

This is very depressing.

So I cheered myself up by watching the opening scene of the great movie Glory.
