Not only are Beckies calling the cops on innocent blacks all the time, but whites are so racist they aren’t arresting enough guilty blacks. Fom the Washington Post:
An unequal justice: Killings of black people lead to arrests less often
In major U.S. cities, black victims were the least likely of any racial group to have their killings result in an arrest, according to a Post analysis of about 55,000 homicides. The disparity fuels a vicious cycle.

Has anybody in the press ever heard of Type I and Type II errors?
Anyway, I explained why so few inner city murders get cleared (short answer: Snitches Get Stitches) in my 2015 review of L.A. Times’ crime reporter Jill Leovy’s Ghettoside:
Leovy guesstimates that about a dozen witnesses were murdered per year in the first decade of this century in LAPD’s southeast division, enough to have a massively chilling effect on cooperation. (I’ve long argued that the death penalty should be preserved as a higher penalty to deter witness murdering.)
