His name is Paul Billion, a white man from 82% white Sioux Falls, South Dakota murdered. Three black men have been arrested as suspects in Billion’s death, with an additional suspect facing weapons charges for facilitating the firearms used in the murder.
The suspects are 19-year-old Gbo Yuoh, 18-year-old Thomas Tarley, and 18-year-old Soteemon Poley. 19-year-old Carnell Jimmerson allegedly provided the three suspects with a stolen firearm.
Court documents reveal that Billion was murdered during a robbery at his home, during which the suspects were after marijuana.
