With the Biden Regime Administrative Amnesty, the virtual end of interior immigration enforcement, ICE SVU should have pivoted to their other major responsibility, the enforcement of the customs laws of the United States. One would think that with all the Customs pukes, the legacy U.S. Customs Service (USCS) agents, supervisors, and managers who dominate ICE SVU, ICE SVU would be all over the flood of heroin, fentanyl, cocaine, and other drugs, busying themselves with real Federal law enforcement work. Especially so since the number of deaths of Americans from drug overdoses, especially fentanyl, is at record numbers.

But no, apparently the once vaunted USCS Special Agent cadre, those who once thought themselves the best of all Federal investigators (1811s for those in the know), have slowly deteriorated from those with a record of accomplishment to the laziest and most useless group of law enforcement officers in the nation, including comparison to the Uvalde Police Department and the Uvalde Independent School District Police Department.

Drug investigations must be too scary and likely to result in the injury or death of ICE SVU Special Agents, so ICE SVU is back to playing your local vice squad, picking up runaway teenage prostitutes. And then giving them green cards, if applicable.

ICE SVU apparently took credit for an operation by various Texas law enforcement agencies who canvassed West Texas for teenage runaways. This has been a problem for local police departments and sheriff’s offices since the end of the Second World War. Increased urbanization and suburbanization created a phenomenon of runaway teenagers. Before child labor laws, it was not much of a problem, as most teenagers had work experience on the farm, in the household, or at their father’s place of skilled work. Children were routinely employed, but reformers decided that state-run education was best for all children, even after work in the post-war world became much safer for both adults and teenagers.

So, abused children, mostly young girls, could not find work as domestic servants, or in factories, since most of those jobs went overseas; nor are they allowed to work enough hours in the service industry to survive. So, sex work became the main occupation of young runaway girls, and for boys as well in the homosexual centers like San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York City.

With the rise of drug culture, more and more children were either abused by their drug addict parents or by their mother’s live-in boyfriend or pimp, or even both. Perhaps their own drug use alienated them from their families, perhaps the young girls were enamored with or propagandized by public school teachers touting the sexual revolution, free love, trannyism, or homosexuality. Whatever the reason, there is always a ready supply of teenage runaways that the world’s oldest profession is ready to recruit, either with money or violence. Think Huggy Bear from Starsky and Hutch, or any other 70s cop show. It is an old story.

So, in an effort to keep its agents away from the danger of arresting drug smugglers and cartel bosses, leaving the dangerous work of drug investigations to the guys who know the business and have no problem going toe-to-toe or shooting it out with cartel smugglers, the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), ICE SVU decided to be the Sex Police, earning kudos in the press for “rescuing” teenagers who ran away from their families, loving or not. That is much safer than raiding stash houses protected by cartel gunmen: agents could get killed doing that.

So, the cowardly ICE SVU, led by Tae Johnson, the Federal equivalent of Pete Arredondo, the Chief of the Uvalde Consolidated Independent School District Police Department, Pete Arredondo, responsible for ordering the police officers who responded to the Uvalde Massacre to hold back from engaging the gunman actively killing children at Robb Elementary School. Arredondo’s name will forever be a synonym for cowardice and incompetence, as so should Tae Johnson’s name for refusing to send the men of ICE SVU into danger to stop the over 100,000 deaths of Americans due to fentanyl. Sir, have you no shame?

Now, there is nothing shameful about the work local cops do when dealing with the thankless task of runaways. Runaways almost never want to go home. They ran away for a reason, and even the abuse of pimps and prostitution are generally not enough to get them to go back. Most runaways who are picked up either refuse to go back or run away again soon after they return to their families. That is just a fact of life.

So, why has Tae Johnson decided that teenage runaways will be the focus of ICE SVU’s vaunted investigative work? ICE SVU portrays themselves as the premier investigative component of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Of course, the United States Secret Service (USSS) will disagree, and frankly, the SS, as they are known in Federal law enforcement, are far superior investigators. Frankly, this is because ICE SVU has been completely feminized; since the SS protects the President, the SS remains much more manly.

So, instead of the dangerous work of tracking and arresting cartel jefes, ICE SVU is doing the work of local cops, herding teenage runaway prostitutes.

Here is the ICE SVU self-administered kudos.

Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) El Paso, the Texas Department of Public Safety and numerous other federal, state and local agencies located and recovered 70 missing children as a part of a three-week operation in West Texas.

“Operation Lost Souls” ran from the end of April through mid-May in El Paso, Midland and Ector and Tom Green counties. The missing youth, many of them runaways, ranged in age from 10 to 17. The children recovered included victims of sex trafficking, and physical and sexual abuse. The majority of the children were located in West Texas, but some were located in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex as well as the state of Colorado and Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. The agencies provided victim services and counseling to the recovered children and their families.

Note the money shot, despite the effort to shoe-horn in allegations of sex trafficking and rescuing the teenagers. ICE SVU even admits that “many” of them were runaways. And by many, that means almost all. More especially telling is that there was nothing in the press release about arrests for human trafficking or sex trafficking, or whatever term is being used at the moment. But of special note is that none were aliens, no aliens were arrested for sex or human trafficking. So, then, why was ICE SVU involved at all? Teenaged runaways are not committing any Federal crime. There is nothing in Title 18 or Title 8 of the United States Code about any Federal, much less DHS jurisdiction over this non-crime. In fact, teen aged runaways don’t commit any state or local crime for just being runaways. Even if engaged in drug dealing or prostitution, they are never charged, as most are assumed to have been forced into the criminal activity by their adult pimp or dealer boyfriend. It is a matter for juvenile courts that deal with delinquency, not Federal agents at ICE SVU.

This dereliction of duty by ICE SVU and Tae Johnson is the criminal act. Millions of illegal aliens are running free in the United States, and drug cartels are moving tons of illegal drugs unimpeded by Johnson and ICE SVU. Should not Johnson be held accountable for the deaths from imported fentanyl? Perhaps fewer Americans would die if ICE SVU started arresting fentanyl dealers and smugglers, many of whom are illegal aliens. As an example, nearby the San Francisco Federal Building at 450 Golden Gate Avenue, Honduran illegal alien drug dealers are openly transporting and selling massive amounts of fentanyl, heroin, meth, and cocaine, all just a few blocks away from ICE SVU office at 630 Sansome Street. Why is Tae Johnson allowing this to happen? Who has ordered him to not arrest these drug dealers and illegal aliens?

Maybe ICE SVU does not want to arrest illegal aliens because so many ICE SVU agents are themselves originally aliens, like Runaway Wrangler Taekuk Cho? Prove me wrong.

Give Deputy SAC Cho a call and ask him why ICE SVU El Paso isn’t busting fentanyl smugglers instead of chasing teenage runaways.
