New York City’s $708 million lawsuit against the charter bus companies that deliver illegal aliens to the sanctuary should give Red States an idea: Do the same thing. After all, if the chartered buses that Texas Governor Greg Abbott hired to send Traitor Joe Biden’s Great Replacement illegals to New York are liable for the city’s financial woes, then so are those the Biden Regime hired to deliver his illegals anywhere he wants them.
Abbott has been sending busloads of illegals to New York, Washington, D.C., and other sanctuaries for some time so they too enjoy the benefits of Biden’s illegal-alien invasion. But because those cities are controlled by Democrats, they can’t blame Biden. Thus, the lawsuit, filed in the Empire State’s Supreme Court.
“As of November 27, 2023, the Defendants have earned millions of dollars in revenues from Texas for implementing the Texas Governor’s plan,” the lawsuit says:
To earn this revenue, the Defendants have transported, or caused to be transported, individuals from Texas to New York City and other urban areas, including Chicago, the District of Columbia, Philadelphia, and Denver.
On December 29, 20 23, the Texas Governor announced the results to date of the Defendants’ implementation of his plan—so far busing tens of thousands of individuals to what he calls “sanctuary cities,” including “over 33,600 migrants to New York City.” The Defendants have also bused over 28,000 … to Chicago, 12,500 to the District of Columbia, 13, 800 to Denver, 3,400 to Philadelphia, and 1,300 to Los Angeles.
New York has a law to address just this kind of conduct. Section 149 of the New York Social Services Law requires that “[a]ny person who knowingly brings, or causes to be brought a needy person from out of state into this state for the purpose of making him a public charge … shall be obligated to convey such person out of state or support him at his own expense.”
The lawsuit accuses the charter companies of “bad faith” and “evil intent” because they are paid more to ship an illegal than it would cost to buy a one-way ticket: $1,650 versus $291.
Of course, Adams didn’t have a problem with Biden’s flying illegals into the country for other states to handle. Nor did he squawk when Biden flew them to New York state.
Now, as James O’Keefe revealed the other day, a Treason Lobby subsidiary, International Rescue, is paying two charter companies to deliver illegals to Phoenix’s Sky Harbor Airport. From there, they fly to parts unknown.
MEMORANDUM FOR RED STATES AND RED COUNTIES AND MUNICIPALITIES IN BLUE STATES:
Other cities and states undoubtedly have laws similar to New York City’s that prohibits taking an indigent there and dumping him on the taxpayers.
Compile a list of charter bus companies and airlines the regime and its Treason Lobby collaborators are using to import Great Replacers, then sue every one of them.
Identify the charters that brought in illegal-alien criminals so their victims can sue privately.
