Traitor Joe Biden has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn an order from the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals that stopped his regime from removing razor wire that Texas installed to stop Biden’s Great Replacement illegal aliens.

“Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar said in a court filing that Border Patrol agents have authority under federal law to access private land at the border and that Texas has no basis to thwart them from carrying out their duties,” NBC’s Lawrence Hurley reported:
The Biden administration says the wire prevents agents from reaching migrants who have already crossed over the border into the U.S. …
“Like other law-enforcement officers, Border Patrol agents operating under difficult circumstances at the border must make context-dependent, sometimes split-second decisions about how to enforce federal immigration laws while maintaining public safety,” Prelogar wrote.
“But the injunction prohibits agents from passing through or moving physical obstacles erected by the state that prevent access to the very border they are charged with patrolling and the individuals they are charged with apprehending and inspecting,” she added.

The gall of the regime’s accusing Texas of breaking the law is breathtaking, given that Biden and his Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas—the unindicted Cuban-Jewish visa fixer—are committing what amounts to treason. They are aiding and abetting an invasion by violating the Secure Fence Act, Section 235 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, and 8 U.S. Code § 1324, the statute that forbids bringing in and harboring certain aliens.
But again, the import of the regime’s lawfare against Texas is that Biden wants the courts to permit it to break the law and validate the Great Replacement.
Frighteningly, we can’t depend on the courts to stop Biden’s border treason, which GOP Representative Matt Gaetz of Florida showed yesterday on X with undated video of the Border Patrol’s cutting the razor wire.
